The Village Family Services relies on donor support to help us provide life-changing services to children and families in our community.
When you make a donation to The Village, you help:
- Keep our Drop-In Center open so that we can continue to provide life-saving support to homeless youth who have nowhere else to turn– a safe place, meals, education assistance for students in shelters, and help transitioning to housing.
- Ensure that our outreach team can continue distributing emergency supplies at “homeless hot spots” throughout our community.
- Provide coordinated mental health interventions from caring professionals.

Gifts of Stock or Wire Transfer
You can make a donation that benefits both you and The Village by giving stock and realizing tax savings, naming The Village as a beneficiary of your donor-advised fund, or via wire transfer. We’ll be happy to work with you and your financial advisor to identify a mutually-beneficial solution. The Village can help your company achieve its corporate social responsibility and philanthropy goals. Partnering with businesses is central to our Community Model to End Youth Homelessness. From event sponsorship and volunteer activities, to adopting a space at our headquarters, Drop-In Center or Family Wellness Center, we’ll create a partnership opportunity that’s right for you and your employees.
Matching Gifts
It’s easy to double or even triple your donation with a matching gift from your employer. If your company matches gifts, request a Matching Gift Form from your Human Resource or Community Relations Department and send it to us to maximize the value of your gift!
