Fall into Action for Youth πŸ‚

News AlertThe VillageOctober 29, 2024

Fall 2024

Every day at The Village Family Services, we unite under one goal: to end youth homelessness. That’s the theme of our entire year! From celebrating 10 years of serving young people at the Drop-In Center in April to gearing up to host a strategic summit for professionals inΒ  October, we are committed to action and to the thousands of young people we serve every year. Yet, we know our work is not done.

With your help, we will close out 2024 stronger than ever as we continue our commitment to lead the way in comprehensive, innovative solutions for young people who are most vulnerable and who need immediate assistance.

Operation Toy Joy: Bringing Magic to Children this Holiday Season

Sometimes, support extends beyond the services we provide. Help bring some much-needed joy to a child’s life by participating in our annual Holiday Toy Drive. We aim to collect over 500 toys and gift cards to distribute far and wide to youth in our community. There are so many ways you can help:

  • Sign up to get a box to collect toys at your business or school. We will send you a box and flyers to assist in your efforts and when the box is filled, we will arrange to pick it up!
  • Purchase and drop off a new, unused toy at our North Hollywood offices
  • Buy directly from our Amazon Wishlist
  • Make a donation
